Shipping
Your order will be sent in the next 24 hours of having received the order. Kusillu.com realizes the mailing of the products by the postal service of Peru (SERPOST) in the following form: traditional service - first class - certificate. The daily hour of closing orders is at 9:00 AM (GMT - 5:00, hour of Lima, Peru), and all the orders that are paid after the mentioned hour will be considered into the following working day.
Delivery Time
These are the times of standard process. Sometimes it is possible that in some exceptional circumstance as an excess of orders or other circumstances out of our control the delivery is late. In any case, we will send you an email when your products are sent and you can estimate when to receive them. In a normal situation all the orders will be send in 24 hours and the time of delay depends of the distance (from 7 to 10 working days for America and from 15 to 20 working days for the rest of the world). Returns
Kusillu.com accepts the return of the product or the products in the following cases:

Request of Claim
- To start your request of claim please write to us to sales@kusillu.com in the following 24 hours of received the product and return it in the next 10 following days in its original packing.
Change of Product
- In case of change of product "The Buyer" will take charge of the expenses of mailing and delivery, keep your voucher until we have received it, we cannot take responsibility of the loss or loss of his buy.
